Can I Add My Own Photos and Text to Create Personalised Balloons?
Yes! Depending on the design, you can make your own personalised balloons by adding your photo(s) and editing the text. Select from single and multi-photo designs and customise the copy to make your personalised photo balloons extra fun.
How Will My Balloons Be Delivered? Are They Pre-inflated?
All of our personalised balloons come pre-inflated with helium in a box, which makes them a super handy gift. As soon as the recipient opens the box, they will rise straight to the person's face - perfect for a surprise announcement or a congratulations gift!
Some of our non-personalised balloon kits, such as the ceiling balloons and balloon arches, come as a kit that you'll need to assemble yourself, so these will not arrive pre-inflated. We recommend checking the information for the individual product before ordering to check how your balloons will be delivered.
Can I Select a Delivery Date for My Balloon Order?
Yes! Our helium balloons are delivered by post to any chosen UK address. You can select the date you want your balloons delivered so that it's bang on time to celebrate your friends' or family's special day. With our fast balloon delivery, we'll be at your recipient's front door or surprise event venue in no time!
What Balloon Shapes Can I Choose From?
We have a wide range of balloon shapes and styles to choose from including giant numbers, balloon arches and more. For our personalised balloons, you can choose from three shapes, with circle, star and heart shaped designs available for each photo balloon.
How Long Do the Balloons Remain Inflated?
Our helium foil balloons will remain inflated and floating for several days and up to a week, depending on how they are stored and treated. To maximise the life of your balloons, we recommend preventing them from getting too hot or cold, as this can cause the balloons to appear deflated.
When Will My Order Be Shipped?
Most of our balloons are available with next-day delivery for orders placed before our cut off times, Monday to Friday. If you choose a specific delivery date, we will inflate and ship your balloons to ensure that they are delivered in time for the event. For more details, please view our delivery information page.
When Should I Choose to Have My Helium Balloons Delivered for an Event?
For best results, we recommend choosing for the balloons to be delivered on the day of the event or as close to the event as possible. This helps ensure that your balloons look as great as possible for the event, whether it's a birthday, baby shower or anything else you want to celebrate!
