What Is the Cut Off for Same Day Dispatch?
Depending on the gift you choose, most orders placed before 3pm Monday to Friday will be dispatched the same day. This extends to 4pm for most non-personalised presents. However, the cut-off times for some ranges, such as alcohol and hampers, will vary as they use separate courier delivery. Can I Include a Gift Message?
Yes! Most of our gifts allow you to add a free gift message which will be printed on a slip of paper and delivered with your gift. This is perfect for letting the recipient know who the gift is from and wishing them well, whatever the occasion.
If I Order Multiple Gifts, Will They Be Delivered Together?
Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that gifts ordered together will be delivered together, as many of our gifting ranges are despatched from separate locations across the UK. So, please consider that items from your order may not arrive on the same day.
Will My Card and Gift Be Delivered Together?
If you order a card and a gift as part of the same order, we're not always able to deliver these together so it's likely your card will arrive separately to your gift. This is because our gifts are dispatched from a range of locations across the UK. We recommend adding a free gift message to your gift, even if purchasing with a card, to let the recipient know who the gift is from in case they are delivered separately.
Can I Send My Gift Internationally?
Yes, no matter where you're ordering from, you can choose to send your gift worldwide using our Airmail delivery option. So, whether you're sending to Europe or the rest of the world, you can surprise your friends and family with a heartfelt gift wherever they are. Please note that Airmail delivery can take up to 7 to 10 days to arrive, depending on location.
